How quickly will my order be despatched?
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of purchase. Orders purchased at standard delivery rates will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. If you choose Express or Next Day delivery, orders are guaranteed to be despatched the same day if they are purchased before 1pm.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can call at our warehouse to collect your order if you wish. Please contact us to arrange this. When ordering, please choose “collection in person” at the checkout.
Do you offer trade accounts?
Unfortunately no. All purchases must be paid for in full before they are despatched.
How long do personalised orders take?
Personalised orders are usually ready for despatch within 2-3 days, but if possible please allow extra time for your order. If you are in doubt, please ring us on 01455-445678.

Do I need to create an account before I order?
No, we want to make shopping with us as easy for you as possible. You can order and make your purchase without having to create an account. Of course if you wish, you can also create an account
which will save your details for later use.
