Description

This edible lustre spray can be used to create stunning effects when used in many areas of cake making and decoration. Lustre Spray can be used with decorative materials such as sugar paste, chocolate, butter cream, almond paste, flower paste and gum paste. The sprays from PME are available in a number of different colours to help create a variety of elegant effects.

Ingredients: Propellants, Vegetable oils (rapeseed), Colouring: E171, E172

Alcohol free. Halal certified.

Made in a factory that uses soya lecithin.
